Regina has achieved the level of Sr. Market Manager, Director of Marketing and Media Sales, and Sr. Promotions Manager for marketing agencies and entertainment entities such as Don Coleman Advertising, Black Pearl Entertainment and US Concepts. During her tenure Ms. Gaines was instrumental in implementing marketing strategies, securing media sponsors with Fortune 500 companies, and developing co-promotional added-value programs for Russell Simmons' Oneworld Music Beat/Warner Brothers and Motown Live/Universal. In addition, she oversaw the initial development of new territories of Schieffelin & Somerset's promotional agency.

Ms. Sutton is a high-caliber, result oriented music-publishing executive with over 15 years of experience in the film, television, and music publishing. La Ronda has held executive positions at EMI Music Publishing, Chrysalis Music Publishing and Universal Publishing. During her tenure she has represented the copyrights of Montell Jordan, Tony Rich, OutKast, Goodie Mob, Domnio, Rahsaan Patterson, Ja Rule, Prince, and Mary J. Blige. In addition, she launched Hitco publishing for Antonio “LA” Reid and built a powerful catalog by discovering, negotiating and managing songwriter-artist-producers such as Shekspere (TLC & Destiny Childs), Organized Noize (Outkast & Toni Braxton), Rapheal Brown (Dru Hill & MYA) and Gordon Chambers (Anita Baker and Celine Dion) which resulted to many recognizable awards and countless nominations.
